“My partner and I are so beyond pleased with AHWC especially Chloe White. She took on our case and managed to get us approved for our temporary partner visa in under 12 months the normal processing time is 24 to 30 months. She always got back to us as soon as she could and was there for every question and every step of the way. This company has helped us relieve so much stress and made the whole visa process seem like a breeze. We will 100% be using them for our next visas to come and fully recommend it.” Daytona Stanga
We Will Take the Stress and Uncertainty Out of Obtaining Your Australian Partner Visa
You are here because you are interested in getting an Australian Partner Visa, or you are in a relationship with a New Zealand Citizen, or you are a Student Visa , 457 or TSS visa holder.
You are in love and want to stay in Australia with your partner, either temporarily or permanently.
You are in the best place!
AHWC Immigration Law is Australia’s leading Partner Visa Team. We literally have thousands of happy couples here in Australia as a result of our assistance and professional guidance.
We offer a number of visa pathways to enable anyone in a de facto or spousal relationship with:
- an Eligible New Zealand citizen (which means a New Zealand citizen who settled in Australia pre 26 February 2001), who can sponsor you for an onshore Partner Visa
- a New Zealand citizen who is not an Eligible New Zealand citizen, eg a Subclass 461 Visa
- an Australian temporary visa holder (eg Student, 457, TSS visa holder), to which a partner can be added,
- a Fiance overseas, to lodge a Prospective Marriage Visa
… to live in Australia with their de facto partner or spouse.
Of course, in Australia this includes same-sex relationships.
There is a lot of confusion when it comes to understanding what an Australian partner visa is. “Australian Partner Visa” is an umbrella term which includes Spouse Visas and De Facto Visas and it is a pathway to Permanent Residence (PR) in Australia.
Adding a partner to a student Visa or 457/TSS visa does not result in PR, but may provide a pathway to PR in the future.
Being granted a NZ Citizen Partner Visa does not provide PR either, but provides ample time to prepare for many other types of visas, that may lead to PR.
